Security
The security of the studio is the responsibility of the hirer during the period of hire.
Insurance
All goods and equipment must be insured by the hirer. No responsibility can be accepted for the loss or damage of property and equipment whilst on shoot. Though we have on-site parking, please note that vehicles and their contents are parked at your own risk.
Payment
A deposit of 50% is required, on confirmation of bookings. All quoted charges are subject to VAT at the current rate. Our terms of payment are strictly 30 days net from date of invoice.
Cancellation notice
Up to 2 days prior to booking, 100% of the full amount.
Up to 5 days prior to booking, 50% of the full amount.
Responsibility
If the hirer will not be on-site during the hire period please nominate the person who will be responsible for the duration of hire.
